Chief Operating Officer, F/T position w/Lorency & Company, LLC in New York, NY.
Duties: (1) analyze internal operations & identify areas of process enhancement; (2)
develop actionable business strategies & plans that ensure alignment with short-term &
long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO; (3) directly oversee operations,
HR, accounting, & partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient
investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term; (4) aggressively
manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor
targets relative to growth & profitability; (5) monitor performance with tracking &
establish corrective measures as needed, & prepare detailed reports, both current &
forecasting; and (6) maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients,
partners, & stakeholders. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Economics, Business
Administration, or Supply Chain Management and 60 months’ exp. in apparel
operations, procurement, or supply chain management. Monthly travel may be required
